Tincture of time.: Most acne marks go away by themselves, given enough time. The downside is that it takes awhile, but the upside is it's free! If you can't wait, chemical peels or microdermabrasions are options. (Your dermatologist can tell you about those.) Deep acne scars are more difficult, but getting rid of them is expensive.
