No.: Despite numerous claims, there is no evidence that use of a topical agent such as nitro-bid can significantly enhance erections. It is an off-label use of the medication that can be dangerous for both you and your partner. Combining it with established erection drugs, such as viagra and Levitra (vardenafil) is dangerous.
