The longer: you take a birth control pill and take it regularly, the lighter your period may become and eventually disappear. You have nothing to worry about. If you would like to have a period your doctor may prescribe some other hormones to take with your bcp and induce a cycle.

Continue the pill: If you are testing negative you need to continue to take it every day about the same time each day. Contraceptive pill induced periods are hormone induced and may be only a light brown discharge or spotting at the end of the cycle normally.
