Either : Ovulation bleeding can occur but most of the time it does not. When it does occur it is usually between day 10-20 and does not last very long.

Good day, I want to ask, is ovulation bleeding normal? I never used to get this but, but its been happening in the last two months. I know its ovulation because the bleeding is always accompanied by the egg like clear discharge. There no pain.
I took a plan b pill on June 2. 11 days later I spotted clear mucus (like egg white). I had the clear mucus for 2 days. So could this mean Im currently ovulating or in the process of ovulation? . And before that I was bleeding off and on?
