That is normal: After mirena (levonorgestrel) insertion for some women. It should slowly get better. Ibuprofen should help

?? Due to Mirena (levonorgestrel): Probably due to the Mirena, (levonorgestrel) the back is likely from the cramps, those symptoms should subside if not contact your gyn.
