Very unlikely: To confirm this diagnosis you would need testing that would take place either at a physicians office, urgent care or emergency room. A physician may elect to treat you based on your history and exam, before waiting for the results, but I don't think anyone would treat you at home for this.

Time to get seen: Self diagnosis of what is potentially a serious problem is not appropriate.If you do have chlamydia or were in contact with someone who was treated, you need an evaluation.You can get other STD's that are treated differently at the same encounter. Once you have a clear picture of what you need, it can be prescribed. This (&GC) can make you sterile so get moving.
