MANY PROBLEMS: Acquired ocular imbalance can be seen associated with lesions in the brain or brainstem, but also over superior orbital fissure, within cavernous sinus, or within orbit. In essence, if double vision occurs in adults, this needs careful and thorough evaluation. For example, you would not want to overlook an expanding aneurysm. Get this addressed, and get reassured.
