Dehydration worries : It sounds like you are ill with a severe gastroenteritis and u are dehydrated. If u feel as bad as you've described I would go to an ER or urgent care center. You probably need IV fluids and supportive care. I'm not sure you're safe to drive from what you've described, so if no one can take u- call an ambulance. This is urgent since u need to think longer term about surviving this...
