From scan: It's likely from the vaginally probe. As long as you are not having pain, it's nothing to worry about. If it worsens, or if you start having pain, you need to talk to your OB.

Likely okay: The fact that you had a normal ultrasound 2 days ago is good. It could be the the discharge is related to the ultrasound... if the cervix was a little fragile, it can bleed during pregnancy. I would say if continues just as discharge without cramping, likely okay, but regardless, call your doctor and let him/her know, they may want to see you sooner to make sure everything okay. Avoid sex
