Doubtful: I would've believed nausea as a symptom with nortriptyline more if you would've told that you had just increased the dose....not coming off. I don't advocate cold turkey'ing nortriptyline but 10 mg. is such a piddly dose that I can't imagine causing GI symptoms after stopping it 1 week ago. Nope, I vote for NOT RELATED. Look for other cause by consulting your physician.

Most likely not: likely not related. you were on a small dose, and so long after you stopped that it is likely not related.
