Infertility: "Things don't work' is not in any way a phrase that can be commented on medically. It is extremely ambiguous. But, that does not matter. Conception is a physical and chemical process that has over a dozen steps. Your answer to why you are not conceiving will never come from the internet. Each of those processes need to be studied in you and your male partner by a good fertility specialist.
