Beetroots: 1/2 cup of beetroots contains 37 calories and 1.7 grams of fiber. May loose the fiber when it is juiced. It contains folate, (folic acid) Iron, vitamin C & antioxidants. Studies show it can be beneficial in lowering blood pressure (through nitric oxide) & ^'ing stamina. Potential side effects - it may turn stool & /or urine red. Beets have high oxalate concentration - this can impact kidney stones.

They are: beets, spinach, rhubarb, strawberries, nuts, chocolate, tea, wheat bran, and all dry beans It is best to avoid these foods. Drinking 3 to 4 liters per day of fluid is essential.
