Hmmm..: How long has it been since your last menstrual period? Has anything changed in your diet or lifestyle? Are you exercising a lot more? Any change in medications? Any other physical signs or symptoms noticed?

How long?: How many months has it been that you've skipped periods? If it's more than 6 months, you need to see a doctor for a diagnosis.
