Yes and No: Is this your period and you are not truly pregnant? Have you had a pregnancy test? Any bleeding in pregnancy should be considered abnormal. If you are pregnant the worry level would be correlated to how much blood there is. Viable pregnancy in general stops vaginal bleeding.
