Took random opk yesterday morning. was positive. how long do i have before my chances of pregnancy are drastically decreased?

If positive OPK: You are most fertile the next 3 days or so, but if you have a chance to have sex with your partner beyond that then I would keep it up. It becomes less likely after 7 days, but we have seen women conceive and still have a normal menses that month.
