Have coil removed: In a pregnancy with a coil in place, its best to have the coil removed right away. In a pregnancy with no coil, the chance of a miscarriage is 20%. If you remove the coil in early pregnancy, the chance of miscarriage is only slightly higher (25%). If you leave the coil in, risk of miscarriages is 50%. A coil makes you high-risk for an Ectopic Pregnancy as well. You need to see your Ob ASAP
