See OB: It is possible to have gall bladder problems during pregnancy. Gall bladder pain is usually stimulated by eating, especially high-fat foods. Stomach ulcers or dyspepsia can also be a problem in pregnancy but usually that pain is worse on an empty stomach. Either way, your doctor should check you out.
