Close follow-up: Cholestasis of pregnancy can be associated with poor pregnancy outcomes - your doctor will want to follow your pregnancy closer and may require periodic testing, monitoring, and/or ultrasounds to determine that the baby is growing and thriving inside. You may also be a candidate for delivery before your due date. Good luck.
