Yes: Yes. Tramadol does not interfere with blood clotting unlike other pain medications like ibuprofen, naprosyn, (naproxen) Aspirin and ketorolac. If you have any questions through you should talk to your surgeon. You also shouldn't take more than 400 mg of tramadol daily because of the seizure risk.
