UTI: Pain, burning on urination, may indicate a urinary tract infection. For a young man, UTI may be caused by sexually transmitted infections and other more routine bacteria. However, UTI in a young man definitely needs to be investigated. You need to see your provider for exam and urinalysis to check for infection and started on appropriate treatment.
