Test again: I would take another test, just to be sure. Sometimes it's still too early to show up right around when your period is due, but now that it's a week later and especially with your symptoms I would test again for peace of mind.

Late: Urine Pregnancy tests are usually accurate after the 12th day of conception. So, if you think you might be pregnant do the calculation and take another test.
