How long do you normally spot for when coming off the pill?

Can take few months: If you're coming off the pill and not transitioning onto another form of hormonal birth control, it's possible to have some kind of spotting or irregular bleeding for several months after stopping before your body gets back to it's normal cycle. It does differ from person to person though.
