No: you get what you get, and there are 2 ends to a bell curve. You happen to be on one end, but many have had successful relationships, so dont fret. As far as gaining size to get to "avertage", it not likely at this stage. You will have to work with what you got.

Here are some ...: Known to most, if not all, physical growth (penis included) stops soon after marching into adulthood, roughly around 18, so I would wait and see if your growth pattern has been similar to that of most of other family members. If unclear, see Doc timely; if advised to give hormonal stimulation, don't use testosterone but HGH or Clomid (clomiphene). Now, get on healthy lifestyle without overindulgence/obsession.
