Is Plan B working: The idea behind Plan B is to cause the uterine lining to shed so implantation cannot take place, amongst other effects. So bleeding is what is supposed to happen with Plan B. The timing of the bleeding is what differs between women and different occasions - where you are in your cycle, whether you are on other birth control, etc. SO it's just doing what it should - prevent pregnancy.
