Cooked Greens R best: They act like scrub brushes and help move the food along and absorb moisture and any fibrous vegetables work similarly. It will keep you regular. Other OTC brands work too. Just stay away from any GMO brands that have corn, soy, wheat or potato in it,. Those aren't good to remain in your system for very long.
