Pull out birth contr: Pull out birth control method is not very good. Maybe fifty to fifty chance of pregnacy. If you miss period do home pregnancy test. Meanwhile it is a good time to get on regular birth control e.g. the pills.

Nearly same as...: ...if he hadn't pulled out. Pre-ejaculate contains semen. Unprotected sex at ovulation in healthy, fertile female can have 20-25% (1:5 or 1:4) chance of conception. Condoms significantly reduce this risk and risk of infections as well. Recommend checking home pregnancy test if period late or lighter than usual--earlier testing not likely to be helpful.
