Can a male yeast infection cause thick gelatinous semen and very easily irritated redness under tip of penis?

No & Yes: Yeast infection can cause skin irritation and redness. It does not usually change semen--that would more likely be a second infection (often occur in multiples)--possibly STD/STI if any risk. Recommend getting tested by your Dr or at Urgent Care.
