I have constant stomach and back pain like burning at times also in my hips sometimes and my back hurts if i lie down ?

Back pain: I suspect that you have a back problem, causing the pain in your back and abdomen, as well as your hips. I see that you have a hiatal hernia. Sometimes this can cause pain in the mid upper back, radiating to the abdomen, but I would not expect it to cause pain in the hips. I suggest being seen by a back specialist for further evaluation.
