Yes: Clotrimazole is available without a prescription and is safe during pregnancy. I recommend at least a 3 day treatment, 1 day is never enough. You can also run a bath with about 6 inches of warm water, pour in a cup of vinegar, sit in that and flush the water in and around your vagina. This will lower the pH and discourage yeast from growing. See your doc if you're not getting better.
