Freq urination: You may have developed a urinary tract infection. Drink daily cranberry juice and call your doctor to check you for infection. Also recommend you get on regular birth control now that you are sexually active.

Hmm, Infection?: Your symptoms sound like you may have an infection, such as a UTI. With condom use, it is probably not an STI, so that is good of you to use that protection on top of BC. Get tested for a uti and treated as needed. Good luck to you.
