That's up to...: ...Your obstetrician and orthopedist or rheumatologist - and you. I don't know of any evidence that any cortisone injected into a joint space ends up in breast milk - theoretically it stays in the joint space - but the three of you should talk about it, and decide if the benefit outweighs the (admittedly small) risk.
