See a Gynecologist: I'm not sure what you exactly mean by 'nipping'? If you are not having regular periods and you are not pregnant, then you need to get further evaluation to see if there is a hormonal imbalance. Your GYN doctor will order some more tests and may even prescribe OC pills.
