STD treatment: It's best to get your problems treated by the same physician, as they know what tests have been one, what did and did not come back positive and what treatment has been used. Gonorrhea treatment is not an emergency and is not appropriate for the emergency room. You should return to the doctor treating your chlamydia, let them know you are still having pain and see if you need further treatment.

Could be from: the chlamydia or could be another infection such as gonorrhea or herpes. Give it a day or two and if not better go back to your doctor.
