On 1st month of birth control. never started my period @ end of pack. did 3 preg tests all negative. do i need to test again?

May be OK: Depending on which oral contraceptive you were prescribed, not getting any menses at the end of the pack can actually be normal. You should talk to doc who prescribed them as she would know if those pills fall into that category. With 3 negative pregnancy tests, you are not pregnant provided the tests were done after the end of the pack and using first morning urine for the test.
