Pain/bleeding?: As long as there is no severe pain, cramping or passage of large clots- I would think it is OK to travel.

I would say NO!: You can never tell. You might have some serious bleeding or you might not. You should be evaluated by a doctor before getting on a 16 hour flight!!!

No! See a doctor now: If you are doing a trans Atlantic, trans Pacific ocean flight for the next 16 hours, The captain on the plane cannot make a safe landing at sea, in case you need emergency care. It's much safer for you to seek care in whatever country you're in and have this looked at immediately. If you have bought travelers insurance, your visit to the Doctor or hospital is covered under the policy. If not, you still should be able to receive excellent care in the socialized medical system.

Be safe: If you think you're having a miscarriage I think you should get it checked out by a doctor now. Bleeding can be heavy and when up in the air you're really isolated. Plus the cabin is pressurized at 10000 feet so there's less oxygen there. I don't know how important getting home is, but I would say it's time to look at the big picture here. Hope u get some help.
