Could be a mild form: Of morning sickness. Nothing to be alarmed about. Just make sure that you have eaten something in the morning, and then also throughout the day that you are eating enough protein, carbs like rice, oatmeal, fruits, vegetables and other things to keep your stomach feeling settled. Your diet may change during your pregnancy as you might crave certain foods more than others. So listen to your body.
