Can a virgin become pregnant?

Virgin: Simply NO. To be a virgin means no penetration and you can not get pregnant without penetration.

Counterexample: I agree with Dr. Rubin's opinion when in the case where pregnancy occurs by way of conventional sexual relations. However, if one were to consider artificial insemination then, pregnancy could occur in a virgin without her having had sexual relations. However, she could not really claim any biblical authority after such an event since she would've "cheated" compared to the Virgin Mary.
