Can the flu shot cause seizures in adults? i had a seizure when i was 13 around the time i had a flu shot and was wondering if it could be related.

Depends on:: Do you have epilepsy? Or you just curious about what happened as an adolescent? Doubt the flu shot caused the seizure, and certainly if you suffered further seizures, the events would be due to other causes.

Not likely: It is unlikely that a flu shot would cause a seizure. It should be safe to have a flu shot now.
