Yes: It is not a contraindication you have to be mindful about fevers and stress on the body. Its probably best to avoid unnecessary procedures if your MS in unstable.

Yes, no issue: There is no contraindication for necessary surgery in MS patients. Some anecdotal reports of relapses subsequent to procedures, on rare occasions, but clearly not proven or consistent.
