No: Antibiotic use would have no reason to alter your menstruation. If you can be more specific with how "heavy" the use, we might be more specific. Good wishes.

No, but...: Antibiotics have not been reliably shown to change menstruation. Infections, stress, and other GYN issues can however change menstrual patterns. I recommend you discuss this further with your GYN.
