No. Cannabis: Has mild anti-emetic effects, appetite stimulation, and a feeling of well being for many that can be dysphoric for others. Cleocin (clindamycin phosphate) (clindamycin) has no adverse effects that this help. The most obvious is diarrhea caused by its effect on gut flora that can be qute serious.
