A member asked:

Is 7 days before a menstrual period too early to use a pregnancy test?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Pregnancy test: You can use a pregnancy test at any time and does not correlate with your cycles. It's more important to use if your cycle does not occur as expected. If your cycle occurs you won't need a pregnancy test as this would confirm you are not pregnant. Pregnancy tests can be positive as early as 7-8 days after conceiving.
