It smells like old blood. i get this discharge every month since may 2014. it lasts for 3-4 days. as a normal period. is this a normal sign of depo?

Yes: Yes, it's a pretty common thing we see with patients on Depo. Since your uterine lining doesn't develop fully like when you're not on hormones, you don't have a full, normal period, but it is possible to have a little bit of lining built up and that can sit in there awhile and literally become old blood which you then shed.
