Maybe, BUT: The most important thing is to get properly diagnosed so your not just treating pain which is due to some underlying issues that should truly be treated for a cur rather than just pain management. The heating pad may provide some relief depending on what the issue is, but best to get eval to determine the true cause. best wishes.

Yes or no : It will depend upon what the cause of abdominal pain is. If it is muscle spasms or cramps then it might help if the cause is peptic ulcers etc then probably not. Try it for a short time if doesn't help go to a doctor to figure out what is causing the pain.
