Very well could be : That you have something referred to as bruxism, which is abnormal grinding/clenching of the teeth, mostly at night. It's often related to stress or teeth alignment issues(malocclusion). You may consider trying an over the counter night guard to see if that helps, otherwise talk to your dentist about this.
