See answer : Most likely cause of such symptoms in a healthy, young adult (especially if symptoms are variable, intermittent, and have been occurring for a while) is "non-specific, non-bacterial prostatitis": a non-infectious inflammation of the prostate. Other causes include UTI, interstitial cystitis (non-bacterial inflammation of the bladder), or other urological problem. Recommend urological evaluation.
