Sounds like herpes: Herpes simplex is a sexually transmitted virus that can and will likely recur in the same spot. so next time it appears get in to see a dermatologist who can confirm the diagnosis and give you oral medication to reduce shedding

No!!: Herpes simplex! Very common! Easily transmitted when you have the blisters! Reoccurs frequently, but these can be controlled to a great extent with medication
