symptoms of pregrenancy at early stage?

1 doctor answer
Dr. Robert Killian
27 years experience General Practice
Missed period: Early pregnancy is symptom free until the fetus is big enough to have blood cells and chemicals to share with the mother's body. That is about fourteen days after conception. Thus the missed period is the first valid early pregnancy symptom.
