Sorry to hear: Again, hopefully you find an answer to your issues. Unfortunately so many things can cause your symptoms. In the short run many different types of infections can cause this. In the long run, thyroid issues, muscle issues, mood issues, sleep issues, too much stress and things like fibromyalgia - all can give you the symptoms you describe. Seek help from your primary care doctor!

Fibromyalgia?: Diffuse achiness and fatigue could be fibromyalgia. Lack of effective sleep has been associated with the development of fibromyalgia. As well, could be a different rheumatologic condition, such as rheumatoid arthritis.
