Retin A (tretinoin): Burning, redness and dryness will invariably occur at that strength of Retin A, (tretinoin). Try every other day until your skin adapts to it. You should only use it at bed time, make sure your face is very dry before applying it and use only a pea size of the cream for the whole face. You may apply a good moisturizer with SUNBLOCK in the morning.

Try decreasing: to every other day and make sure you are using a minimal amount each time.
